Mixing up my NAD for the month🔋💡🧠 1 Helpful tip is to remember the vials have a vacuume inside so after adding the bacteriostatic water, use the large syringe to equalize the pressure. This will help the flow from the vial to syringe. Week #3 of our clinic NAD test, we are titration the dosage from 30mg to 40mg per day. Moving to a higher concentration vial as well. Results have been mixed, with reports of mental clarity, energy, less brain fog, elevated mood, and improved sleep quality. One thing to note, immediately after each subQ injection there is a mild flushed feeling primarily in the chest area that passes within 5-10 minutes. Patients ask often: the vial looks half full? To help clarify, pharmacies, especially compounding pharmacies typically only have access to standard size vials (1/5/10/30ml). If the med ordered is 3ML they use a 5ML vial (which is actually larger than 5ml by volume) we will also post something on understanding units, milliliters, and how to read peptide labels.
